Holy Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 white onion minced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 minced jalapeno pepper sees and stem removed
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 med tomato, diced and seeds removed

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado with a fork, leaving some texture.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix lightly and pile into a bow;
